Mars M5a is complete

As previously announced, we "respun" our M5 deliverables with a fix for
Bug 458868. Being careful to leave everything else the same (documented in
Bug 459045).
We are promoting this M5a now, to be sure it's obvious, and available to
those doing testing for M5, but the unit tests and performance tests won't
be complete until late tonight (and tomorrow). The M5a download pages will
be updated as those summaries become available. But, these are the bits:
