It is with pleasure that I can announce this RC4 version of Mars, for the
Eclipse Platform Project.
This will, probably, be our Mars Release, unless a blocking bug or serious
regression is found before
the official release on Wednesday, June 24. (Which does happen maybe 20
percent of the time, based
on past years ... which I mention only as a caution not to make a hard
assumption it is the final build,
though we all hope it is :).
