Yes, I have worked on this and I assume you are talking about MS11 default indicator based on Connors RSI. Since it uses 2 peiod RSI, I believe signals appear quite often and they work best at weekly and monthly time frames. The success rate is no diffrent from regular RSI used for oversold and overbought situations.. I prefer to use it as a exit strategy rather than entry strategy.....
