I have been posting a blog using Metastock charts for over two years now. Usually I post chart updates for market direction changes using SPY, write reviews on presentations I listen to, provide my 401K analysis that I do once per month using Metastock and write once per week on whatever comes to my mind when I open my laptop on a Sunday morning like this. There are no costs and no link to charge you money. It helps me think and I enjoy any e-mails I get from friends on the topics listed. Helps keep me sharp...
