I have 13.
As I have a data subscription, I do not know if there is some block but it does 
work offline and can use third part data.  The data must be ASCII 
date-ticker-HLCOV.  It does not read Metastock format data.

Output from MS13 requires the use of the MS11 downloader.

Has anyone tried MX XIII? Can the EOD data from DataLink work on other charting 
software like Amibroker, Ninja Trader and Sierra Charts? I spoke with Reuters 
and they said that for the XIII to work, I would need to get data from them and 
not use third party EOD. So I wanted to make sure that if I decide to upgrade 
to XIII then other charting software would be able to access and plot charts 
from Datalink.
