I'd like to make an indicator based on the " last high" and plot from that sounds simple -- but is actually difficult ( to me anyway ) I've tried every way I can think of marking the last high but still no good
I've tried highest, highestsince, highestsincebars, HHV, peak bars, peak & zigzag all give instances of a running series of highs -- never just one high about every X days I thought highest with a zigzag would do it but again no good then I made a fractal (5) indicator which worked best but still not good the code is good but MS not accurate so I've run out of ideas could someone advise please how I can define the " last high ( peak) " I know Roy & many others make indicators based on peaks & troughs so it's commonly available but I can't get my head around it thanks Keith
