I have not, but think you could try the following assuming everything I mention here, you have: (Don't know if it will work or not).
1) Plug in a USB CD or DVD Drive to your Windows tablet 2) Load Metastock and the Downloader from the CD (assuming your hard disk could accept the size of the installation files on the tablet. 3) download new data files assuming the hard disk on the tablet assuming the tablet hard disk is big enough. Let us know if this works. Also not sure if this will damage your tablet or not. Proceed at your own risk of damaging the tablet.
