Hello you Pacific NW Coupers.
Next weekend, Jan 29-30 at Spanaway Airport S44 there will be a celebration
for Slim's 85th birthday and his 65th anniversary of being an active pilot. Slim
with his son Gary own and operate Spanaway Airport.
There will be 3 chances to win $100.00. Just showing up will enter you in the drawing. If you are based at Spanaway, you must leave the pattern to be included in the drawing. <Grin>
Lots of fun and festivities. See if you can beat Slim at the spot landing contest.
S44 has a nice paved 2700 foot runway and self serve fuel. The grass adjacent to the asphalt may also be used for those who desire a sod runway.
