General question to all,

I'm rather new to reading NTSB reports, so with this in mind, consider the validity of my question.
In the latest Coupe Capers, there was an accident report of a coupe. Other than stating the obvious,  the report doesn't do much to further the safety of flying.  We don't know why!  Was it weather related, equipment or airframe failure, did the pilot lose consciousness, etc.?  If there is not some follow up, we won't learn from the unfortunate accident.  Will there be any type of follow up report?
