Lloyd, General message so others can remember the procedure for when they need it. For list membership, you need to send an unsubscribe message from your old e-mail system to the server for each list. Then, subscribe from the new e-mail system. If you can't use the old system any more, then you can't. The server will get bounce messages when the account expires and it'll stop sending to that address. For the human type computers who've saved your address, thanks for the note so they can change the address in their address book.
