To those I met at Oshkosh last year, thank you for your support on
encouraging me to get my license. I came with my Uncle, Wayne Woollard
( N6596Q ) and with all those airplanes and aviators it really lit a
fire under my rear! I finished with my check ride yesterday and after a
few landing that I thought were horrible, he stated that if I could get
the plane back to the tie down area without hitting anything I would be
one of the newest Private Pilots. It took less than a year with 3
months off due to weather! ( Fresno Ca. fog ) Now I need to find a plane
to hanger and store. ;-) I did most of my training in a Cherokee 140
so hopefully the transition into an Aircoupe won't be too difficult.
Thanks again for all your support and a special thanks to Wayne for his
dedication and belief in me!
