Well the center section is back together. It all fit pretty easily. It was a later section than number 812 because the rear of the spar had the cut-out for the gear. However, it is a bit tricky to put spar caps from one coupe onto a spar web of another. Only the rivits that go through the stiffiners are machine punched. I was able to get a few more to line up by drillin out a little bit and still be able to use a 5/32 rivit. But there were a few that I had to drill out to 3/16. While the top spar cap was off, I decided to drill out the rest of the rivets in the spar web, and the bottom spar cap, and double the thickness of the spar web. It is now .064 thick. But it required a lot of drilling and riveting. I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel after 10 months.
