Richard, There were 2 4-places. One was a prototype by Erco built in 1947. It was 75% finished and then the projct was destroyed. Then Alon built and flew one later on. Marv has the one from 1947. I would say he is about 85-90% complete. Also the Alon 4 has a "normal" tail while the Erco 4 has an Ercoupe tail that is bigger. It is the one shown in the photo. That tail though was destroyed and Marv had to rebuild it from prints that Fred had.
