Stephen, Rudder pedals: you might read my extended comments in the FAQ on http://ercoupe.org/ercoupers_faq.htm Metalized wings: long-time generic wisdom was that metalized wings add 40 lb. One of our list members weighed two wings a while back and came up with a 38 lb. differential. Also beware - some metalizers didn't keep that slight concavity just behind the bottom side of the leading edge, between the leading edge and the spar. This slight concavity is important to the low-speed good flight behavior from what I've heard. I do have a couple of questions for the group: 1. Rudder pedals- commonly viewed as good, or bad? 2. 0-200. Who's done it, and what was the performance difference you actually noticed from a C75 or C85? 3. What do the metalized wings weigh? Looks like with the increase in value of the C, I'll be able to buy a nice D and have a few bucks left over. Probably not as nice of a paint job, but I wasn't after one like what I got anyhow. Thanks in advance, folks! Stephen Searching for a new 'coupe. Red '56 Tbird Marietta, GA _________________________________________________________________ Don't just search. Find.
