Subject: [COUPERS-FLYIN] Re: Transporting a Coupe----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]----Like Paul, I have done it several times. I would not recommend pulling it backwards either. A couple more items are:The coupes main wheels have an 8 ft span. Therefore, you need a platform about 8 and 1/2 feet wide to put it on. (8 ft is normally the legal limit) No one has ever questioned my 6 inch extensions to my boat trailer. If the tail is a little low, you sometimes end up not having enough room to put the wings under the Coupe. The tail wants to ride on the top wing.I agree with Paul, that once properly tied down, you will have no problem traveling 60 to 65 mph.Lynn Nelsen============================================================================== To leave this forum go to: http://ercoupers.com/lists.htm Search the archives on http://escribe.com/aviation/coupers/
