Tommy Terry
KB5SOZ,,
FYI. The Ham contester from Colorado overwhelmed me yesterday. I could only hear bits of your and NM0L's transmissions. I tried to check in a few times but it just did not work. I'll try again next Sunday.
I did want to thank you for the info about Tim Briggs. He was glad to take me flying last week in his Ercoupe and I had a great time. Tom has a new job in MN and will leave San Diego in his 415-G on or around December 11th.

I also want you to know
that I will have an APRS unit working (I hope) on my first Ercoupe trip from
West Texas to San Diego departing around November 30th or December 1st, weather
permitting. The APRS URL is: http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/find.cgi?call=KO6SI
