Jon, I think you may have missed something here. If I understand it
correctly, from previous e mails, Bob's prop has so much smashed bug
buildup on the back side of the prop, that it will always be thick enough,
even with a nice polished shine on the front of the prop, so he will never
have to replace it.

Why don't you just cover your prop with stickers?. It would last
forever!!
