Hi Maynard- Salome,AZ looks good, northern Ca valley in fog quite a bit past couple wks.I remember s/n 27 when it was at Marysville, Ca. It was for sale for a# of years. Looked quite forlorn! John Linardos said he removed over 75# of old radios, instruments, air driven gen, wiring, dirt!,no starter so he hand props & says it flys just great. Oh, what I wanted to tell the group about 15 yrs or so ago I talked to the owner of s/n 6 Woodland, Ca.( Imade a emergency landing at a ultralite grass strip)The coupe owner heard me fly over his house(engine sputtering) and came over to help)I made it home ok after draining the carb, yes it was the old bugga- boo water & crud in fuselage tank. the advise from the group about siphining & cleaning tanks should be listened to!! That was the first & last time I heard about s/n 6.
