I've scanned a lot in but haven't run across anything referred to as
Trim-o-Matic. I've spent much of the last week wreslting with a web
server so
you guys can see the drawings for yourselves. Give it another month and a
half
or so and I should have it all done.

PS I haven't found anything about ski's either.

Chris.

    Hello all,

Don is looking information on the
Trim-o-matic control kit that was once (and may still be) installed in his

coupe.  He is not yet on the list so I am forwarding this on his
behalf.

I believe that Chirs Trent has scanned a lot of the
'Coupe drawings from Bowling Green.   How 'bout it, Chris? You have
any drawings showing the Trim-o-matic?

I'm sure Don would appriciate any information
available.

Hey Mitch!  Thanks for the help in locating the source for
repairing my  fuel tanks.

Unfortunately, my hard drive crashed and eliminated your reference to the
Coupe lovers web site for help.

I have a new one for you, and who ever else can help.  In my airframe
log #1 is an entry, when the plane was about 25 hours old, for the
installation
of a Trim-O-Matic kit SK-20.  I looked between the seats, near the floor,
and sure enough, the shaft for the Trim-O-Matic is there, but without an
adjustment knob.  I don't see any entries for removal of the kit, so I
presume it still is installed and has been forgotten over the
years.  Since the plane flies left wing low, I hope I can
lubricate the control, install a new knob and the Trim-O-Matic will once
again
be functional.

I looked in the modification section of "A Touch Of Class" and found the
Trim-O-Matic control kit was installed using Ercoupe service memo #54, and

Erco drawing
415-52175, change A.  Do you know where I could get my hands on
these two documents?  Maybe Bowling Green University?  How about using
the network for me?
I would really appreciate whatever you can do.
