This is only my opinion, but I'd be willing to bet that almost any old
Delco voltage regulator would work. The one on my 1955 Pontiac looks
identical. If you have a Delco gen and reg the chances are they will
work and are adjustable as to voltage and amps. I would think you could
find either a good used one in the $10. range or a rebuilt for less than
$50. I realise I could be wrong on this so don't everyone jump all
over me about it not being "aircraft quality", but I'm sure it would
work and would be of identical quality!
