Can accur at any time, taxi, climbout or cruise.

 What's the fullness state of the

usually, with wing tanks about 1" below top and nose tank full, can happen
at any time. with wings tanks partially full seepage is noticed during
cruise.

 What typeof tanks do you have (i.e., 8/8/5 gal ternaplate or

starboard tank 8gal, port tank 9gal, both appear to be aluminum (no
magnetic
attraction)
