Bill,

SB 29 is on Univair's website at:
http://www.univair.com/bulletin_add/sb_29c.pdf (Be patient, it's a
very slow download - I think they may have a slow server.)

SB 31 is at:
http://www.univair.com/bulletin_add/sb31/sb31.pdf

In short, Univair has many of the service bulletins and ADs online at:
http://www.univair.com/bulletins.htm

Happy to help. Thanks to Univair for having them readily available.

Egads! You're not going to leave your plane in the museum PERMANENTLY
after the December 17th flight, are you? Heresy!

Ed:

I posted a request for the following information to the entire group but
so
far it hasn't turned up
yet. You seem to be one of the best sources of 'Coupe information, so I
thought I'd run it past
you.

I put N99790 in the shop this morning for annual. The mech called and
asked
me if I had service bulletins # 29 and #31, something about outer wing
panels. I religiously read and file
everything I get from the FAA and know I have not received these
bulletins.
They apparently
are required to complete the annual. The mech says it is a
work-stopper.
Can you advise me
on how I can find these bulletins on the 'net?

Once the annual is completed (with wings removed) I am trailering the
bird
to our local museum
where I'm putting together a display on the Centennial of Flight. I'll
be
able to put the wings back on inside the building, and the 'Coupe will
be
the centerpiece of the exhibit. She will come out of the building, of
course, on the 17th of December to make THE flight. It will be a very
unusual exhibit, having a real airplane inside the building. I'll take
photos and post, once I figure out how to do that. Anyway, I do need
some
help with these bulletins and appreciate anything
you can do for me.

Thanks,

Bill Herridge
