Need help on this:

In our 415 C we have Eiseman magnetos and the ususl ignition harness.  We burn 50% 100 oct. av. and 50% 87 oct. auto fuel and it seems to run the engine o.k.

Just recently we experienced a rough mag check on the left mag and the A&P checked out everything and as a last resort took the top cylinder plugs and put them on the bottom cylinders.  The rough mag went from the left mag to the right mag leading the A& P to suspect non firing plugs.  He changed the plugs and it cleared up for the next several flights.  Today I started the engine which started very easily and on the mag check the right mag was rough.  Not having a mixture control I let the engine warm up  and after several minutes and checking the right mag several time it cleared up and was normal.  I think we have lead deposits on the plugs and when the engine warms up the lead melts and the problem goes away.  Any thoughts on this?
