My Little Deuce Coupe, N94898 has been crying, "paint me." The little bird has been good to me and I am ready to do it. I contacted Eastern States and they want $10,000 +. Seems hard to justify spending that kind of money for cosmetics on an airplane that probably has a market value of less than $20,000. I'm looking for suggestions. Does anybody know a paint shop not too far from Maryland that will do an acceptable job for less, or any other way to get it done? I don't expect to win prizes, but I would like her to look better and be better preserved. I don't have a hangar and she is kept tied down at Montgomery County (GAI) airport.
