Thank you one and all. As a result of suggestions from our list members
we are going to have N94898 painted. We chose a small (one man) shop in
Virginia to do the job. Jim Whitener (isn't that a perfect name for an
airplane painter?)is the proprietor and he will begin next week. I expect
it will cost less that 1/2 of our original estimate. Buck Robbins of
North Carolina supplied the contact we decided to go with. I'll send
pictures when it is done.
Now, I need a nose bowl. Anybody have one they would like to sell? The
airplane is a G model, if that makes any difference.
