If you have a fondness for Indian motorcycles, racing, and Bonneville, I think you will like this movie. Even if motorcycles and racing are not you cup of tea, it's a very good and true story. It's the story of New Zealander Burt Munro and his dream of setting a land speed record at Bonneville with his old Indian. He didn't have much money. Of course, New Zealand is a loooonnnng way from Utah. What he went through to get to Bonneville and be able to run there is a testament to a truly indomitable spirit. Burt did set a record in 1967 at the age of 68. The record he set, for that particular class of motorcycle, has yet to be broken! It's a wonderful movie, inspirational and satisfying. I don't think you will be disappointed. Oh, to top it all off, Anthony Hopkins plays Burt Munro. He's such a good actor and I hear that New Zealanders say he got the accent down perfectly.
