Subject: Soloed the `Coupe
Two things in this regard, Ed.
* After a person has acquired a
skill, like handling a tail dragger in a cross-wind landing, they look down
their noses at those who have not acquired it. There are cases of persons
keeping out those who wish to gain the skills, and holding themselves superior
to all and sundry. This is a normal part of human existence.
* If conventional landing gear was
not tractable, it would not have been around long enough to become
"conventional."
