----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]----It's unfortunate that some of those who had wanted to attend the Nationals in Terrell this past weekend were unable to because of the weather, finances, or other commitments. It was a fun event and a good number of really nice Coupes showed up. Mark and Melissa and their crew did a great job of organizing the event and making everyone welcome. We really enjoyed ourselves.
One of the best aspects of attending the Nationals is the opportunity to meet new people and to enjoy again the friendships previously made. This is not unique to the aviation community, but it is particularly enjoyable within the aviation community. It was also nice to put a face to some of the people we've only met on the Internet.
I hope every one will start planning to attend next year's event at LCG in Northeast Nebraska. It is always worth the effort.
