There were 8 Ercoupes and 1 Cessna 172 in the flight into Oshkosh on July 22. Everything went well on the flight, and we landed at 2:45 and all parked together in Row 92, near the Tall Pines Cafe. 48 people attended the Ercoupe Banquet, held this year at the Westhaven Country Club. We held an auction to benefit the Fred E. Weick Scholorship Fund of the more expensive items that were donated by the vendors and raised $600. The rest of the items were given out as door prizes, with everyone getting one. John Wright and Syd Cohen conducted the Ercoupe Maintenance Seminar, which was very well attended. Arden Krueger won the Outstanding Ercoupe Award from EAA. A more detailed report will appear in Coupe Capers.
