Please bear with my whining for a moment. I need to vent. After experiencing flying, it's very hard to be grounded waiting for the engine overhaul. In my first 10 months flying, before my engine problems, I logged more than 110 hours. In the last 3 months, I have flown less than 2. Having to $pend to replace some serviceable parts just to meet the overhaul definition and get the engine back to zero time is also hard. I think I made the right decision for my specific circumstances, but it hurt$$. Aviation has given me lots of incredibly satisfying experiences and a few sour ones. I hope to get through these depressing times. OK. Whining completed.
