I just recently spoke with a guy that was working for Exxon here in Europe.
Ask what makes the different costs of gasoline, he answered Taxes and cost of distribution.

So Texas seems to take little in Taxes from AvGas and the cost for distribution is low as we know.

We're about $2.70 as best in the Dallas, TX area. Prices are dropping daily and when a dealer gets a new load, he usually adjusts the price.

"They will be selling 100LL for $3.45 "

Now I am asking myself, is that a good thing or a bad thing.

When I left California in 2004 I found $2.80/gal already overpriced.

I assume 3.45 is considered cheap ? What is the usual price then?
