I am probably not the person to give technical advice on this matter but I can tell you why I love Coupes. 1) Very easy to fly 2) Very inexpensive to fly 3) Very inexpensive to buy. 4) Fun to fly (warm summer day with the top down) 5) Nostalgic (your flying a piece of history) 6) I believe its safer then most (won't spin and really won't stall like normal planes) I'm sure Ed B will give you the technical reasons but for me reason 5 says it all. I do not want to mislead you, I do not own a coupe at this time but I do fly one on occasion and hope to buy one in the near future.
