I just feel like I have a better chance in the air
than I do on the road. I think it's considerably
harder to get any level of pilot's certificate
compared to a driver's license. And it seems like most
pilots are more awake and aware than most drivers.

No matter how careful I am as a car driver,
motorcyclist, bicyclist, or pedestrian, I have no
control over the actions of a driver who gets a wild
hair up his/her a**. I have no control over the
actions of pilots either but I prefer to take my
chances with pilots them.

I am often terrorized on the freeway going to the
airport but feel immediately better when I get in the
plane!

Spook
