After landing, as you taxi to your hangar or tie-down spot or fuel station, try running the engine at about 1100 rpm while riding the brakes to keep from going too fast. Do this for at least 1 minute, then shut down. This heats up the cylinder heads and burns the lead off the valves & plugs. Works for me.

To me, 100LL stands for 100 octane, Lotsa Lead (had wicked fouling problems in our club's '69 C-172)
