Great idea Lee. I have a 415 E that I would love to drag out of the
hanger and fly. Somehow this has to become a safety issue. The FAA
loves air safely or at least the thought of it. Mike @C35

EOC and could ultimately relate to all pilots. Why don't we as coupe
owners/lovers work to gether to get FAA to reclassify the maximum
weight of LSA to 1400 lbs. That way all coupes could be flown with a
auto level medical. Personally, I think that setting the 1260/1320
lbs is just another government thing and serves no purpose of
safety. A 1260/1320 lb plane won't cause less damage to property or
passengers than a 1400 lb plane will.

decisions made. Typically, many decisions are made by totally
unqualified persons and with little or no experience in the subject.
Many reach their level of incompetence well before they cease to be
promoted. Having made a decision, they resent and refuse any effort
to change, improve, or modify the decision even when proven wrong. I
found it possible if one presented the proposition in such a way
that they could think it was the decision maker's and they could take
credit for it.

and senators agree with the proposition.
