Nothing quite like the sweet sound of a Merlin! Love it! Something that just cracks me up is when an announcer at an air show talks about the sound of a Merlin, says he's going to be quiet so the audience can put their full attention on the sound, and then proceeds to blabber on during the entire fly-by.
Well at least, I think it's just one or two CA air show announcers that do that. I hope so, anyway.
