Taxing because they can! Too often local issues are overlooked and there is no
one standing by to go to bat for the "little" guy. AOPA does a good job but
they can't be everywhere, that's why it's so important to have a watchdog.
The stage has already been set. Even though there was a big uproar, user fees
will never be done. There will be a fight every year so get used to it and
NEVER give an inch because government will eventually take the whole yardstick.
Thank your politicians when you see them next time.
