Al,

If I believed everything that was posted on the Internet, I would be
one sad and confused puppy. Information and mis-information are
plentiful. I think it wise to look for multiple sources before
determining what you choose to believe. Even then, be prepared to be
disappointed that something that you were sure was true was not it
fact so.

When it comes to interpreting federal regulations and tax law, I
want to crawl into bed and pull the covers over my head. Everyone
has an opinion and even those who provide advice professionally are
often at odds.

Those of us who post things here do the best we can. But truth and
facts are sometimes difficult verify. Personally, I read with
interest things that are posted on the Internet. And then I decide
if it is sufficiently important that I want to believe what I have
read. I then invest sufficient time researching the topic to
convince myself that I have actually received new and valuable
information.

Taking things with a grain of salt is sage wisdom available well
before the advent of the Internet. I am not sure exactly how salt
and being skeptical are related, but it seems to be good advice even
today.

Thanks.

general membership, it isn't factual?
