Coupers, Dennis Spiegel and I are working with Syd to write and send letters to aviation suppliers soliciting door prises and items to be auctioned at the EOC Convention in Wausau, with the proceeds going to the Fred E. Weick Scholarship Fund. We're generating our mailing list from lists used in previous years. However, there is a good chance that we may not be reaching many suppliers and potential donors. We think there may be many companies, especially those in the western states, that are not on our list. If you are aware of a supplier that you've used who is "Ercoupe friendly", could you send me the name and address off line? I don't want to clutter up this message board with unnecessary chatter so please just email me directly with your suggestions. The scholarship fund is not only s fitting memorial to Fred Weick, it also helps support young people just beginning their aviation career. Thanks for your help,
