Well, Ive been camping at -35° and -40° and such but that was in the forest where the trees gave us calm winds and no extra wind chill. It must feel cold at -40°F/C with strong winds (unless you have the IQ to wear the right clothes and equipment). Here in Peoria (the center of Illinois) were having a balmy 15°F/-9°C days with a bit of sunshine between snows after catching your Alberta Clipper. The wind is only up to 16 mph so far but it is forecast to increase and blow the fine powder into some entertaining drifts this afternoon and night. Well, at least you can enjoy those long, long mellow Alberta summer days (for a couple of weeks each year). All the best, Ed
