Many months ago I was informed that we already have drones flying southern
border surveilence.  Pretty high up, though.

I disagree to government expanding Restricted airspace just so the drones
can play. 

Just make them fly within the existing IFR system.

side note:

Years ago I was decending VFR near a VOR. As I passed through the IFR
altitude for oncoming traffic I came literally face to face with a Bonanza.
I doubt if he ever saw me.  Y'all be careful out there!
