I am afraid the drawings from Bowling Greeen are ~ 1945 drawings; long beforee Trim 0 Matic. The Trim O Matic Service Memo #54 was dated July 25, 1950. It does refer to a kit # SK -20 and blueprint 415-52175 (Chabge "A").
One might be able to get this from Univair by using the part number.. The service bulletin appears to list all part numbers and instructions for installation and test flight.
