go to http://diy.dot.gov
next, under the heading "do it yourself", click on 'Federal Aviation Administration'
next, click on 'aircraft payments'
next, click on 'request for copies of a/c records."
go to the bottom of that page and fill out the form. I had mine sent on a CD.
I guess a little old lady in tennis shoes goes down to the vault and makes the copies. It took less than a week after I sent the request over the internet to get it in the mail at home. MUCH better than microfiche.
