a thing, as could any one of the little passages and jets that keep the
mixture balanced as power requirements and manifold pressure change
with changing conditions.

Application of a rebuild kit and a good cleaning will probably do the trick.

Alon A-2 w/C-90-16F fed by a MA-3 SPA. Good static RPM, but start down runway and RPM drops around 150. One would think that any change in revs from stop to go would be an increase. Any ideas?
