Hi folks,
Well, another very eventful day, I managed to pick up the second load,
of
Continental and Lycoming Engine parts, plus more stuff after church with
the
help of Theresa and Amanda.
More internal parts, some new double, ( inner outer tooth) accessory
drive
gears), pistons rods etc. Picked up some beautiful Continental "Winged"
valve
covers, ( used on early Bonanza's). Some more new connecting rods and push
rod tubes. Also picked up a batch of Vacuum Pumps, ( Pesco, Aro Quip, and
Bindex), a couple are new, most serviceable and at least 1 core. Picked up
some Aronca Champ main gear springs and tones of new gaskets. In fact it
will
be a couple of days to even start sorting all this out.
Next run will be for cranks, Cessna axle and break parts, some new
actuators, Aero-Quip fittings and only the Lord knows what else. Fuselages
will start arriving probably late next week, 12 in fact, a Cessna 421 and
152, some Piper's, the remains of a C-140 and Swallow cropduster fuselage.
Several wings, firewalls, cowlings and nose bowls, and if I could find a
way
to move it, The fuselage of the "Queen of England, Elizabeth's" plane, (
similar to a DC-3 fuselage). Personally I think it would make a great
"Office" !!!
Engine's that are covered in one manner or another are, C-65 to C-90,
E-145, O & IO-360, O & IO-470 and a lot more that I have yet to even begin
to catalogue.
