I live in Florida but my coupe lived in the North West until we met 7 months ago. When I got it there were two air dams across the air intake holes. My AP told me they were for cold weather flying and I don't need them for the flying we do in the South East. I will e-mail you a picture of my coupe with the air dams installed if you like. I took them off and we're doing fine without them.
