Better than electric heaters, because they can't be left on all the time to speed corrosion. Aircraft Spruce, and other outlets, sell 'em. They're not cheap...on the order of $300.00 sans options, BUT my idea would be to get a half dozen or so neighbors at the airport together to buy one unit and share it. If the engine is so cold that it's hard to start, then the bearings are stiffened up to the point where you must pre-heat it to avoid putting about 50 hours or more worth of wear on the engine with each cold start. Oh, yeah...change to multi-Vis, preferably an anti-corrosive like Exxon Elite for the winter months. It's expensive, but it's likely only one oil-change worth and will repay you in wear and corrosion prevention.
