Red Devil engine preheaters...they're 12 volt, but not high draw, as they
use propane to make the heat.

Better than electric heaters, because they can't be left on all the time
to speed corrosion.

Aircraft Spruce, and other outlets, sell 'em.

They're not cheap...on the order of $300.00 sans options, BUT my
idea would be to get a half dozen or so neighbors at the airport
together to buy one unit and share it.

If the engine is so cold that it's hard to start, then the bearings are
stiffened up to the point where you must pre-heat it to avoid putting
about 50 hours or more worth of wear on the engine with each cold
start.

Oh, yeah...change to multi-Vis, preferably an anti-corrosive like
Exxon Elite for the winter months. It's expensive, but it's likely
only one oil-change worth and will repay you in wear and
corrosion prevention.
