Good morning Coupers,
Just an update on my fuel feed problem. I replaced the fuel pump and reinstalled the now rebuilt carb. I started the motor, with my AI standing by with a fire extinguisher. It started right up but took about :15 to adjust the carb. During that time the fuel sight tube level came up from almost nothing to about 80%. I must have gotten the hoses on right. I should have the new brakes on by Fri. and will make a test hop to check things out.
Cal, I'll be looking out for fuel venting and if it does I'll try your suggestion of changing out the gaskets. Thanks to all.
