The parts should be available at any aircraft supply house. Aircraft
Spruce
comes first to mind.

Could be. They generally drain down a bit in the climb, due to the
angle putting the fuel up against the overflow. Level off and they
refill, but when you level off is the time you notice that it's down
a bit. On the other hand if you're level and it's going down and up,
that's not good, may indicate a wheezy fuel pump.

If they're stainless, and not really fouled up (e.g. sloshed with some
kind of
nasty compound) then I'd put them at about $300/ea less what it will cost
to repair them.

Your nose wheel makes you breathe heavy?

Generally people use a 'micro mesh' kit, available from Sporty's or
Aircraft Spruce. Or maybe even from your A&P.

Never done it, but I hear that you have to have the pan scrupulously
clean and free of oil and grease. The other advice is operational...run
it ONLY when you're about to fly the plane. An engine that is heated
all winter is an engine that has a lot of rust on its cam lobes!
