I think you will find thaty used Federal Skis...Model A-1500...see page 215 of The Ercoupe, A Touch of Class.., by Saletri. ( also Coupe Capers Vol #3, NO 1.
After ERCO stoped production Vest Aircraft purchased many Coupe fuselages, and installed skis...Snow - Sled...Snercoupe.. Vest Aircraft was in Denver Colorado, so one might find a set of skis from a snercoupe......pg 216...
Wouldn't it be great to find a snercoupe ! WOW.
